Dear Sir,
With deep pain and sorrow, I, Full Name am writing this letter to you
complaining against the local postman in the area of Village/City name. I am

jurisdiction of Post Office Name. Our local postman is highly irresponsible in
his duties. He never delivers any letter or parcel on time. Yesterday I got an
interview letter which was supposed to receive a week ago. The interview date
has already been past three days ago. It was very important for my life and my
family. My dream has been ruined due to his negligence. It should not be done
with any person.
It is my
earnest request to you that you should take a strong action against him. So that
any other person does not suffer in near future due to negligence.

হয়ে গেছে। এটা আমার জীবন এবং আমার পরিবারের জন্য খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ছিল। তার অবহেলায়
আমার স্বপ্ন ভেস্তে গেছে। এটা কোন মানুষের সঙ্গেই করা উচিত নয়।
