Neeraj Chopra Biography

India has produced many famous personalities in sports from the very begining. A new sensational name is Neeraj Chopra now.On December 24, 1997, Neeraj Chopra was born. He received his education at Chandigarh's DAV College. Neeraj Chopra served in the Indian Army as a Subedar. He began his journey at a Madlauda gymnasium. Following that, he was enrolled in a gym at SAI Panipat. Neeraj Chopra competed in his first international tournament in Ukraine in 2013, the World Youth Championships. World Championships, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Championships, South Asian Games, and World Junior Championships all awarded him gold medals. At the Asian Junior Championships, he took silver. He just gained a lot of attention after earning a gold medal at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. The length of this throw was around 87.58 metres. He received several national honours, including the Arjuna Award, the Vishist Seva Medal, and the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award. The Army Sports Institute stadium in Pune as renamed "Neeraj Chopra Stadium" on August 27, 2021.

ভারত প্রথম থেকেই খেলাধুলায় অনেক বিখ্যাত ব্যক্তিত্ব তৈরি করেছে। একটি নতুন চাঞ্চল্যকর নাম এখন নীরজ চোপড়া৷ 24 ডিসেম্বর, 1997-এ নীরজ চোপড়ার জন্ম৷ তিনি চণ্ডীগড়ের ডিএভি কলেজে শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করেন। নীরজ চোপড়া ভারতীয় সেনাবাহিনীতে সুবেদার হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। তিনি একটি মাদলাউদা জিমনেশিয়ামে তার যাত্রা শুরু করেছিলেন। এর পরে, তিনি সাই পানিপথের একটি জিমে ভর্তি হন। নীরজ চোপড়া 2013 সালে ইউক্রেনে তার প্রথম আন্তর্জাতিক টুর্নামেন্ট, বিশ্ব যুব চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপে অংশ নিয়েছিলেন। বিশ্ব চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ, এশিয়ান গেমস, কমনওয়েলথ গেমস, এশিয়ান চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ, দক্ষিণ এশিয়ান গেমস এবং ওয়ার্ল্ড জুনিয়র চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ সবই তাকে স্বর্ণপদক দিয়েছিল। এশিয়ান জুনিয়র চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপে তিনি রৌপ্য জিতেছিলেন। জাপানের টোকিওতে অলিম্পিক গেমসে স্বর্ণপদক অর্জনের পর তিনি সবেমাত্র অনেক মনোযোগ আকর্ষণ করেছিলেন। এই নিক্ষেপের দৈর্ঘ্য ছিল প্রায় 87.58 মিটার। তিনি অর্জুন পুরস্কার, বিশেষ সেবা পদক এবং মেজর ধ্যানচাঁদ খেলরত্ন পুরস্কার সহ বেশ কিছু জাতীয় সম্মান পেয়েছেন। পুনের আর্মি স্পোর্টস ইনস্টিটিউট স্টেডিয়ামের নাম পরিবর্তন করে 27 আগস্ট, 2021 এ "নীরজ চোপড়া স্টেডিয়াম" রাখা হয়েছে।
